Because of this misunderstanding, I had to pay € 56.17 more. There has been no clear communication between the employee and the customer. This is not related to the price you payed for our case, it is related to import duties FedEx is charging you. I had to make a PayPal claim against these people. I have been making Vaja purchases for over a decade, but they have changed. The goods were advertised as qi-wireless compatible, which they were not. I had other issues with the goods as well. And for the first time ordering from Vaja, they sent a courier to my door, holding the item, and demanding £21 or he refused to give it to me -- this is in addition to the $189 I had already spent on the item. I wrote to them explaining the issues, and someone called Fabian was just argumentative and unhelpful. They are right, and everyone else is wrong. I have now made a claim against them for the item which is not as they advertised. Such a shame, as I have been buying iPhone cases and iPad cases from them for many years. That has come to an end. On top of everything, they wanted a 30% restocking fee -- for goods that were in breach of trading law! They would not work with me to resolve. Shame.
